2022-23 Annual Report
October is always an exciting time to be a part of Sunridge. Fall is in full swing, which means engaging in outreach activities like the annual Trunk or Treat event; we kick off the yearly food drive collaboration with Community Mission of Hope and finalize all of the holiday festivities. And we have big holiday plans again this year, like Women’s Christmas Dessert, First Night, and two Christmas Eve services (2:00 and 3:30). But before we get to all of the holiday fun, I’d like to pause and reflect on the 2022-23 fiscal year because it’s good to celebrate God’s faithfulness to us – and there is a lot to celebrate, like 28 Baptisms, over 1,000 people joining us last Good Friday & Easter, installing new carpet in the upstairs classrooms, a church-wide BBQ/workday, and over 16,000 volunteer hours! That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Sunridge, you are incredible.
Fulfilling Our Mission and Honoring God
I hope you’ll take the time to download and read the annual report, and as you do, you will see our commitment to fulfilling our mission and honoring God with the financial and human resources entrusted to us. We know that every dollar donated to Sunridge is a trust given to us, one we don’t take lightly. As inflation continues to take a larger and larger piece of your financial pie, many of you remain faithful and sacrificed to give a portion of your income to the work God is doing in and through Sunridge. Thank you!
If you have questions about any of the data in the report, I invite you to contact me; it’s my joy to serve in this capacity.
