2023 Christmas Offering
The Christmas season is in full swing at Sunridge. We had a fantastic kick-off to Advent with our First Night event that featured an Italian dinner, crafts, and time of worship. Then, last weekend, we opened our doors to the Exceptional Christmas photo shoot for families with special needs. This Friday (December 8, 2023) is the annual Women’s Christmas Dessert, where we transform our Worship Center into a beautiful venue for women to enjoy dessert, music, and an inspiring message – all while being served by Sunridge men. There is not one, but two children’s choirs on December 10 and 17, all culminating in two Christmas Eve services – 2:00 and 3:30 PM on December 24.
December is one of those months when people become exceptionally generous at Sunridge. It’s a natural response for followers of Jesus to become more like him, the ultimate and greatest giver of all. That’s why, each December, Sunridge presents a specific opportunity to give above and beyond their regular donations to help us fulfill our mission to help people find and follow Jesus.
The 2023 Opportunity
This year, we ask that you help us fulfill our mission by hiring a high school pastor. Having a thriving, vibrant ministry to families requires that Sunridge find the right high school pastor – and we’ve been searching since October. However, we now recognize that a position of this magnitude requires full-time hours, and in order to make up the difference in our budget, we need to raise $50,000.
How It Works
December is a crucial month for donations at Sunridge, as the surplus fills in the gaps for leaner giving months. This December, once we hit the budget of $111,927, every dollar after that will go toward the high school pastor funding. Once we reach the $50,000 goal (over and above the budget) for the high school pastor, all remaining giving will go back into the general fund to cover the lean months.
How You Can Help
If you financially support Sunridge regularly, will you prayerfully consider being extra generous this holiday season?
If you have not yet jumped in to financially support what God is doing in and through Sunridge, will you test God in this way?
This Christmas season might be a defining moment in your life. As you reflect on the outrageous generosity of God, if your heart is cheerful and you’re ready to give back some of what God has given you, use the button below to find out how you can safely and securely donate to Sunridge.

Having a great HS pastor is so very important. We came to Sunridge over 30 years ago mainly for the youth (MS/HS) ministry.
