No Condemnation

Britt Sipe

Promises … think about how much we rely on them. For example; we count on banks keeping our money safe. We rely on people driving on the right side of the road. We trust that the medicine a doctor prescribes will help, not hurt. We depend on honesty in our relationships. Without promises we are insecure. Without promises, the world doesn't work; neither does Christian faith. The Apostle Peter wrote, “God made great and marvelous promises, so his nature would become part of us.” (2 Peter 1:4, Contemporary English Version). What would happen if we actually built our lives upon those promises? Join us this summer for, "I Promise," a series of messages reflecting on eight of the promises God makes to anyone who will rely upon him.
