Prayer Team. The Prayer Team serves to provide invaluable ministry to anyone who requests it. Many team members are visible, serving during service times to pray with our guests. They also welcome information regarding prayer needs throughout the week.
Funerals. Memorials are rarely planned events, but offer excellent opportunities to show the love of Christ through how we take care of those who are grieving. This “on call” team will provide various practical services to ensure a sensitive, appropriate and successful celebration of life.
Support Groups. Helping people who attend Divorce Care and Grief Share can take many different forms.
Church Counseling. Joining this ministry is a big commitment which starts with months of training. Through church counseling, Sunridge has ministered to hundreds of people from our church and community in a very quiet, under-the-radar way.
Campus Support
Opportunity. These teams maintain our campus and property which empowers Sunridge to be a place where people find and follow Jesus. In a well-cared-for church campus, people can feel more comfortable and free from distractions. These volunteers perform tasks that also save the church thousands of dollars every year. Cleaning Crew. These dedicated volunteers devote themselves to the preparation of the facility space on the weekends, as well as keeping our offices spic and span. It’s not the most glamorous ministry, but it has a huge value for guests. Because we believe that excellence matters to God, we value the way our facility space appears to those who attend.
Landscaping. Calling all casual gardeners, landscape professionals, tree care specialists, and other green thumbs! Volunteers help develop and care for the grounds during both weekly upkeep and for one-time special projects.

Hospitality and Hosts. A hot cup of coffee is just what some people need to feel at home, so this team gets the coffee station stocked and ready before church services. The donut table is another way this team interacts in a friendly way with our guests. Our church hosts personally welcome and orient new guests to our church, including giving tours of the facility and assisting families with kids to their appropriate rooms.

At Sunridge, Quest is where Middle School students experience the grace, hope and purpose of the gospel. Each activity is an opportunity for students to come together and find friends to go through life with them.
