Instead of Girls Night Out this is Girls Morning Out! Come and join us on Saturday, August 12, for a walk to Temecula’s Old Town and eat breakfast at Havana Kitchen, and then do some shopping at the farmer’s market and walk back!
We will be starting from two different locations. If a 2.5 mile walk sounds good, we will be starting from the parking lot at the library on Pauba. If a 1 mile walk is more your speed, you can meet the walkers by St. Catherine’s church on Santiago, and then we will all finish the walk together to Havana Kitchen! (If you would rather not walk at all, feel free to just meet us for breakfast at around 8:15 AM)
After you are restored by a delicious breakfast, we will walk around the farmer’s market and then walk back to our beginning spots! It will be a fun, relaxing, invigorating, and delicious morning! There is no fee for this event, but each person will purchase their own breakfast.
Suggestions of what to bring are good walking shoes, water, money for breakfast and shopping, and a bag to bring home any loot you might buy at the farmers market!
The walk from the library on Pauba will begin at 7:30 AM, and we should reach the corner of Santiago and Ynez at around 7:50 to pick up the second bunch of walkers. Hope everyone can come and join us! If you have any questions, email Jeannie at jeannieyoung1@msn.com or Pam at pdvorak@sunridgechurch.org.
