Upcoming Sermon Series – Thanks
“Thanks.” We may think it more often than we express it, but honestly, most of us could probably be more thankful on a daily basis than we are. Ancients and modern psychology agree, thankfulness may be the greatest virtue of all and the parent of all others. If they’re right, not being thankful, daily and deliberately, exacts a much higher cost than most of us realize. In spite of this, thankfulness can be hard to cultivate because of the deep wounds of sin ‒ ours and others’. Actually, there can be only one remedy to a thankfulness deficit ‒ the ongoing work of God in our hearts.
“Thanks” is a two-part series of messages covering how to cultivate thankfulness in our own lives, and how we inspire thankfulness in others. Join us November 17th and 24th, and make your Thanksgiving one to remember.
“Always give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Eph. 5:20)
