Courageous-Living Life in the Truth of Who You Are
Join us on Saturday, June 11 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for a seminar taught by Bud and Sue Louck. The teachings of Jesus show us that our behavior springs out of our identity. The things we do on the outside are created by what is on the inside.
Many times our focus and energy as Christians are spent on controlling these behaviors which leads to frustration, fear, anxiety and hopelessness.
This is why Jesus tells us in Matthew 23:26, “First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.”
The “Courageous Seminar” will help believers who feel stuck in the old ways of life and living to use the tools that God has created to renovate their spiritual house. It is in this process that we can take courage to live in the new self that God has provided for us and to put the old self away. In doing so, we will no longer be slaves to fear, and we will instead have the courage to risk using the inherited weapons of God our Father to live a life of freedom. This freedom is the power of God to bring real and healthy change in our daily relationships as we put on the new self that God made for us.
John 16:33 NAS: “These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”
