  • MARCH 17

Hey Dads! While moms are at the Women's Retreat you'll be left to take care of the kids on your own. We want to make sure you survive the weekend. So leave the kids in their pajamas on March 17 for our annual Children's Ministry Pajama Party.

  • Children's Choir

All children, K-5th grade, are invited to join the Palm Sunday Children's Choir which will sing during both services on March 24. Sign up with Tara in Zone 2 (room 203) on Sunday morning or call the church office for more information.

  • HIPPIE DODGEBALL

All 3rd, 4th and 5th graders are invited to our annual Block 45 Hippie Dodgeball event June 2 from 2:00-4:00pm. Come hang with us as we play dodgeball and make groovy tie-dye shirts. Mom and Dad, if you wanna get in on the fun, sign up to help. Cost is $5. Sign up in Block 45 or contact Sarah at sdonahue@sunridgechurch.org

  • 4th & 5th grade

This year 4th and 5th grade students will be introduced to the faith of New Testament heroes found in the Bible. Each week, students will hear a story, discover the characteristics of a true hero, and be challenged to live that characteristic out in their own daily life. Personal copies of the Super Hero Bible may purchased in Block 45 or found on Amazon.com.

  • Super Hero Bible

Block 45 Students! Get your own copy of the Super Hero Bible to follow along with weekly lessons and stories. Copies may be purchased in class on Sunday mornings for $20. See Mike, Chris or Dale.

    Application

Fourth and fifth-graders have their own brand of energy and Block 45 is a space specially designed for them.  We start with activities that focus their attention, then move into age-appropriate worship, prayer and Bible stories. Our small group discussions help them apply what they’re learning to their lives.  But “church” is not just about Sundays!  We also plan special events and opportunities for camp that encourage wholesome friendships that often last into the middle school years and longer.
